Now this is what I call Winter! The temperature is supposed to soar to 12 degrees Celsius today. I suggest you take a walk during your lunch to feel the warmth on your face. Yes, I used the word warmth when talking about the weather in January. Halleluiah! You won't be able to wear your shorts for too long as the temps will dip back to -12 for the weekend.
