How did you get your licence?
I wasn't aware of the rule that states when driving in a light mist, you must go 20 km/h slower than the posted speed limit. SOME PEOPLE SHOULD JUST TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION...I'LL PAY FOR IT!
