Numero Uno!

Canada dominates for another world championship. We never trailed during any of the games and went undefeated. Gretzky & Co. have put together two great teams, emphasis on teams, for the Olympics and now the World Cup. Lecavalier was named tourmanent MVP but I think Joe Sakic was the leader on this team. He worked hard every shift, created chances for his linemates and skated hard to get back on defence. Joe Thornton was also strong.

How long before another game? The NHL lockout begins today.
