I have a fascination with cemeteries and love walking in them to view old gravestones. After sharing this with some friends, I was surprised to find out I wasn't the only one. It's very peaceful and many, like Mount Pleasant, are beautiful and are filled with walkers and joggers.
I've always wondered what happens in cemeteries during the night. I have a feeling that the undead gather sometime after 2 a.m. and do their walking. Some truly bad undead probably form gangs and travel to other cemeteries to rumble...to find out who has the toughest cemetery in town. Like bats, they are nocturnal so all must return by sunrise.
None of this would come to mind as you stop and look at Joe Blow's stone...loving father of three and devoted husband who walked this earth from 1912-1987...yet there he his now, smashing skulls of other undead and looting the nearest cemetery with his ghostly mates.
Is this what happens in cemeteries at night? Do you believe in ghosts?
